Cucumber + Lemon + Mint + Water

  • 2 liters of plain water
  • 1 medium sized lemon
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • mint leaves, 10 or more

Wash each of them thoroughly. Cut lemon and cucumber. Keep this in the fridge for 1 hour, or better, if left overnight.

Lemon + Strawberries + Apple + Mint + Cinnamon + Water

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 lemon
  • a few mint leaves
  • Ice
